My house was listed, and I received two offers within three hours. He did a great job of talking me through selling strategies, lining up people to get the needed work done, and helping the buyer's realtor make sure everything got done in time for a quick closing. He's also a great person to talk with in all that downtime between waiting for contractors and paperwork. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Jason started to help us look for a home the day we arrived to Austin, TX from out of state. We knew nothing about Austin and Jason was eager to help us. Our highlights of having Jason as a real estate agent (1) he helped us find a home very quickly in a competitive market (2) he always reminded us if we were about to settle on an aspect of a home that was important to us (3) we saw a lot of homes together in a short amount of time and felt that time was made for us despite my busy schedule and wanting to see a lot of places (if I was in town, we were looking at houses).
